I heard him say he talked to Colbert before, and I think I could see Colbert's influence.

He very directly pointed out the hypocrisy of the Prez' war on marijuana.

He's got a real knack for timing and delivery. Lots of dog jokes.

I wasn't so crazy about Jimmy Kimmel. Some of his jokes were funny and pretty pointed but a fair number of them sort of bombed, I thought. His routine kind of bogged down - he should have stopped sooner.

KIMMEL has (sort of) a nice guy image, well maybe Sara SILVERMAN would disagree, but here he was just ugly, and his presentation was all disjointed, no connections, just separate jokes. The President was sophisticated, subtle, and charming.
