GOP Donor Wants to Block Trump from Debates
Worried about Republican-on-Republican violence, top party donors are taking action with one seeking to block businessman Donald Trump from the debate stage, the AP reports.
Said Republican donor John Jordan: Someone in the party ought to start some sort of petition saying, If Trumps going to be on the stage, Im not going to be on there with him. Im toying with the idea of it.

Oh, hell -- let 'em all on the Clown Car, refashion it as a Clown College if we must, but don't deny the comedy gold we all so richly crave (and deserve).

Then, all of a sudden, they needed to send dozens of candidates, anything to beat the minority from occupying the WH

(15,043 posts)A cursory look at primary battles over the past 40 years would show an average of 14+ Democrats each cycle, and 9+ Republicans. There were less Republicans who ran because they had twice as many incumbents. And indeed, there were both black and women candidates for both parties in that span.
Life and reality rarely fit into neat niches or restrictive pigeonholes. It tends to be complicated, nuanced, and quite messy.

(17,210 posts)I wanna see their debates totally taken over by rabid demonstrations by their supporters, drowning out whatever order the moderator tries to enforce. I wanna see pies being thrown. I wanna see that entire party being exposed for the babbling and shouting cadre of idiots they are.
My only regret will be that Palin and Bachmann won't be invited to throw a couple of mooseburgers and corn dogs of their own.
