The instructor and I jumped on that comment SO fast. Then she said she wouldn't even listen to anything Bernie has to say because of the "people around him." Interestingly, she respects mY opinion so when I told her nicely that I'm one of those people, she was gobsmacked. I just suggested she check out a speech or two of his. Of course she's a FOX groupie who "listens to all kinds of media" ...like the Rushbo station WLS. She's really nice, and I've gotten a few others to switch parties, but I don't know if it's worth the effort.
