After Donald Trump and the moderators got into a heated exchange at the first Republican primary debate, it started the first crack between the party's front runner and the Fox News Channel. After taking to social media and making the rounds on multiple news channels, Trump has continued to complain about unfair questioning by the moderators, and some at Fox News appear to be tired of it.

One of the moderators of the first debate was Fox News host Megyn Kelly, who pressed Trump on his history of questionable treatment of women. Other questions from the panel included his corporate bankruptcy history, as well as supporting Democratic candidates in the past. Trump has since fired back at Kelly in particular, retweeting a tweet that referred to her as a "bimbo," in addition to saying she "behaved very badly." This topic was discussed on the August 7 edition of "Special Report with Bret Baier" on Fox News.
Joining host Bret Baier were Charles Krauthammer, Kirsten Powers, and Jonah Goldberg, who were all very critical of the billionaire real estate mogul. Krauthammer questioned Trump's previous reputation as a "tough guy," wondering how he would be able to handle world leaders if he was so easily offend by a few debate questions. Chiming in was Powers, who stated, "If he cant answer these kind of questions, he shouldnt be running for president." Going even further was Goldberg who accused Trump of "blackmail(ing) the Republican Party not to be mean to him."..................

(26,026 posts)and a few minutes ago I heard the dulcet dullard tones of Chuckie Toad telling the local newsperson about today's Press the Meat. I overheard him say that tRump hasn't tried to walk back his misogynistic tirade, and that - along with other intemperate statements - makes him unfit for the office. The push to derail tRump apparently extends past FAUX.
