Status of Iran Nuke deal?

I was just curious, what happens if Congress rejects the Nuke deal? There are 5 other countries that negotiated this with us. Have they all "approved" the deal? Are they going to be voting on it in their respective legislatures as well?

I'm curious because if all our partners approve the deal and it falls apart because the US congress won't approve it, that is going to be a humiliating loss for American diplomacy on the international stage...
