I'm faced with a situation right now. About 3 weeks ago a kitten showed up to my doorsteps, all skinny and malnourished. I fed her 2/3 times a day wet food, so I can make sure she's hydrated. A few days ago, while I was feeding her, a crazy neighbor showed up and started yelling that"that is her cat, and I need to stop feeding her"!. Mind you, the kitten was skin and bones when she came around crying for food.
I will call animal control soon, if these people aren't feeding her. I didn't kbwo it was their cat. I fed a hungry , skinny animal.
My fiance said I shouldnt get involved , since this is their animal, but screw this. No one should be allowed to own and starve an animal , and forbid others from feeding it.

I think that maybe that kitten would just happen to disappear to someplace safe.

I'm not above doing stuff like that if I think it's necessary.

I just can't stand people willingly starving their pets.

Yes, I like how you think.

To have a kitten show up skinny & malnourished shows those neighbors aren't inclined to give the care that baby needs to survive - especially out in the wild.
