Nominate Joe Biden to take over the chair of the DNC immediately

The DNC is under inept leadership under Debbie Wasserman-Schultz.

The upcoming 2016 election is seminal to our democratic Republic. Unless major Democrat Party gains are made in state and Federal elections, we are doomed to at least 4 more years of Republican intransigence and stalled vital social programs.

Joe Biden, while being taunted to run for President, could turn the tides against the GOP by helming a concerted and energetic effort to get Democrat voters to the polls and guide the candidates in this battle for our very survival.

It would be quite a demotion, to a rather mundane administrative job that has traditionally been held by people you've never heard of, with the occasional appointment of a former governor or member of Congress—not a long-time Senator and Vice President of the United States. Sorry, Biden does not need that, and I doubt he'd ever do that.

that is the vice-presidency? I'm sure it won't happen, but I have no doubt that he would be good for the party and the country in that job.
