Highly recommended. I listened to it on her nightly audio podcast, posted most nights. As usual, Rachel lays down historic context that few are aware of.
She is incredible.

(53 posts)Both Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands will be economically devastated once Cuba is open to tourism. I lived in the USVI for 12 years and I know how afraid the business people are.

and honest scholars of Latin America, of which there are too few.
