Lawyers for Ammon Bundy Fight Back Against Secrecy Order

In court papers .. lawyers for Ammon Bundy say they want to keep using social media to help fight for their client ...

Bundy's lawyers are arguing against an order from Judge Anna Brown that says while information turned over by prosecutors to defense lawyers can be shared with their clients, the defense lawyers can only also share with their investigators and no one else.

We've seen what your client's good friends on social media are wont to do, Counselor. Not interested in seeing the courthouse blown to bits, particularly over a total and willful misunderstanding of criminal law or court procedure.
