This man has changed the scales on how to measure presidents in such a way that Nixon barely takes any weight at all.

Nixon was a president who had to resign because he was THAT bad. But he did start the EPA. This new guy wants to dismantle that. An awful president dismantles the best thing the last worst guy created.
