And not a minute of her trips on the news. She’s been overshadowed by tfg sucking all the air time but on the DU is the only place I’ve seen any reporting. She gets so little credit for her hard work

Everyone watching American news knows non-military international affairs is left by the roadside. It’s nothing new, American isolationism begins by isolating American brains.

Africa is being ignored, except by the Pentagon, China sweeps into the vacuum with massive foreign aid.

If you were an African, wouldn’t you also play both sides and extract what you can from the former colonialists, and anyone else willing to help…No Colonial aspirations please!?

Glad to see her series of visits to the continent given that due to the size of the continent with land that spans both sides of the equator (and that boasts a myriad of climate types), it is more sensitive to climate change than other continents. West coastal Africa is also a seeding source to many of the hurricanes that we see here in the Western hemisphere that survive the trans-Atlantic trip - https://response.restoration.noaa.gov/about/media/what-does-sahara-desert-have-do-hurricanes.html

From what I understand, VP Harris' grandfather was a government official in India who had served part of his career in Zambia (and even took her along for a trip there when she was little).

A future the America media wants no part of…the shame of slavery and racism in America still stinks.
