DeSantis campaign will receive $500K raised by super PAC, a source says. Campaign finance experts call it "unprecedented":

A super PAC backing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' presidential run has raised $500,000 into a separate draft committee that is expected to be transferred directly to his campaign in the coming days, CBS News has learned, according to a person familiar with the move.

The group, "Never Back Down" has been encouraging donors to contribute online to the "Draft DeSantis 2024 Fund," a super PAC created in early March to house money from DeSantis donors until his campaign launch. Super PACs can raise unlimited funds, but they are generally considered expenditure-only, meaning they cannot contribute directly to a candidate.

Campaign finance experts called the move "unprecedented" and had mixed reactions on if it violated FEC regulations.The transfer of "hard" campaign dollars — money raised under federal fundraising limits — from a super PAC to a campaign has not ever been tried, largely because different laws govern the two types of fundraising entities.

But in this case, Paul Seamus Ryan, a campaign finance expert, told CBS News that Never Back Down is "seemingly circumventing" a prohibition on super PACs directly transferring donations to the campaign, by using the separate draft committee PAC.

DeSantis PAC is "Never Back Down."

"Never Back Down" was founded in late February 2023 by verminous cockscab, Ken Cuccinelli, who once compared immigrants to rats.

In a whistleblower suit we learned that DHS Secretary Wolf and his "Acting Director" Cuccinelli covered up Russian intelligence attacks to keep Trump from looking bad, covered for white supremacist terror groups, inflated (i.e., made up) threats coming from Antifa, and lied about Intelligence to justify "The Border Wall."

After years of screaming about "Her emails!!!", in violation of the Federal Records Act, "Cooch" deleted all his electronic records on government devices soon after 06 January 2021.

But "The Cooch" won't work for Trump again.

"Never Back Down's CEO is Chris Jankowski, the creator of the Marble Freedom Trust, a massive pool of cash that the Federalist Society's Leonard Leo is using to finance conservative advocacy groups.

In 2021, Marble Freedom Trust received a whopping $1.6B (Yes! BILLION!) from Chicago businessman, Barre Seid. It was and still is largest known dark money donation in history!

Jeff Roe, who previously ran Sen. Ted Cruz’s 2016 presidential campaign, is an adviser to "Never Back Down."

In other words, "Never Back Down's a nest of traitorous, anti-American rat-fuckers.
