Unlike you, most of us do not click random videos just to see what they might contain. We don't have that kind of time.

If you actually watched the 40 second video - which is probably about half the time it took for you to write your mini-tirade - you'd know what the apology was for. However, I also added a link with context, for anyone who may have missed the news about them smuggling their dogs into Australia.
