He was never going to testify, nor was he required to. Very few criminal defendants testify at their trials.

Maybe he doesn't have the right charisma to pull that off.
Maybe there's more to the story that they don't want to surface.
I wouldn't like my position pleading the 5th with all that evidence against me.

Hes a coward who murdered an unarmed man. A man he knew as both were security guards for a club. Nine plus minutes n he never budged even after Mr Floyd had passed. Pure murder in my book.
