Maybe if those at the very top end of the income and wealth spectrum kicked in even a flat 10%, the federal coffers would be fine.

No Republican has ever whined about tax giveaways to the uber wealthy, so you know it's bullshit.

With De Queen city sales tax we're paying over 10% in one of the poorest states.
