Sounds like the kid probably got confused and got off at the wrong stop, then didn't know where he was or what to do. Bless that woman who helped him.

P.S. I love that reporter. It's really refreshing to see a woman of size reporting on a TV newscast. It's hard enough for any woman to succeed in that field, let alone one who doesn't meet the conventional standards of "attractiveness" (i.e. skinniness). I hope she goes far. She's got a great on screen personality (so much warmth). Yay for her!

I’d say he was a teenager. I was kind of shocked but something about him…my sister was a special Ed teacher and I quickly realized he was no threat. He expected me to take him home. He couldn’t tell me where he lived. I drove around the area till he spotted something familiar and we zeroed in on his house. Strange night but turned out well.

To take the time to help that boy. You could have just scolded him and forced him out of your car. Instead you took the time to help him.

Way to go.

That young man could have made a bad mistake, but he was lucky enough to have met you. Kudos.

More than you realize.

They go about their business quietly and intelligently.
