(6,246 posts)1. Ok do what the republicans would do. Officially call up each state guard unit under POTUS order....
... for the time it takes to vaccinate every guard member. Then POTUS can stand them down.
It seems to me that the POTUS orders could all be in one document a call to activity duty (mm/dd/yy) and a stand-down ordered when the mission is completed.

Why would this ridiculous excuse for a governor want to put National Guard members in danger of hospitalization or death...
