Our videographer was having some medical issues. But she really came through!

And extra points for adding Al Franken! Saw him in Albany N.Y. back in November and the sold out audience gave him a well deserved standing ovation!

The videographer originally had a clip of a young Cruz making an ass of himself. I figured Al’s comment would be a better introduction.

I'll bet you had a great time. He's as wonderful on stage as he is one-on-one. He somewhat reminds me of a modern-day Peter Ustinov, or Hal Holbrook doing his one man Mark Twain show. Completely different style, of course, but just as engaging.

He spoke for over 2 hours with only a microphone, a stool and 3 glasses of water and the audience didn't want it to end. He was very funny - and political - and I was impressed that the audience really "got" everything he said, and of course he told stories about Ted Cruz, LOL. And at the end, while he was still speaking, he drew his signature map of the U.S. and offered to sign it and donate to a local Democratic charity. We were extremely lucky that his National Tour Tour came here Upstate!
