Georgia. If you are looking for better representation of the African American Voter. Why not repay the State that helped Democrats immensely. It also has a large Metro area and vast suburbs. Over the years I have come to hate the Iowa Caucus. It's a resource intensive effort in a State that looks nothing like the Dem party. It's usually a clusterf*ck so there's that too.
