The Austin police department has released body camera footage of the fatal police shooting that left 33-year-old entrepreneur Raj Moonesinghe dead.

He was outside his home and fired shots from a rifle because he believed that there were intruders in his home, the police arrived and shot Mr. Mooneshinghe.
