This was on O’Reilly’s show. Bill would laugh and go to commercial. When Bill got fired Waters took over the show only to be replaced by Tucker (3rd string). From what I can tell the ratings haven’t improved or declined between the three hosts. 8Pm on Fox is lock for lots of viewers.
