How many times did this happen prior to the invention of the Dash Cameras?
How many times did people get beat up prior to using Body Cameras or
having a video recorder built into our ubiquitous cell phones?

Police departments are trying to get laws passed that will keep the community
they are suppose to protect, from video recording them while they perform their duties.

We are going to see more and more of this until these actions are sorted out.
