I completely agree, I'm sure we all do. And it does boggle the mind. Rhiannon12866 Dec 2022 #2

Exactly. That's his "weapon" and he's used it at every single opportunity. Rhiannon12866 Dec 2022 #6
I'm convinced they will decide there's not enough evidence Kablooie Dec 2022 #4
And delay will only mean it will all be repeated. We will have learned nothing. Gained nothing. LiberalLovinLug Dec 2022 #5

His distillation of the stark contrast in how we, the so-called seat of democracy, and Peru and Germany's handling of coup attempts is quite disturbing. And does our delayed carrying out of swift justice on privileged coup attempt leaders signal justice denied, and a shirking of responsibility and thus a coming reprise of J6?

How did we get here, anyway? That quote about "justice delayed" definitely comes to mind...

I wish there were a time limit to present a case and not allow someone like TFG to drag things out in court at their will. Defendants shouldn’t have that power.

These cases should have been resolved long ago, but instead we're still dealing with issues from 2020.

To charge Trump or any top politicians.

If any charges are made, after Jan they will have to defend against the R House investigations of the charges. They will probably be taken to SCOTUS who will drop them.

They will all get off Scott free and will be prepared to make a more coordinated attack next time.

Garland will go down in history as a failure.
