Ukraine’s health minister has said there is a high risk of a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine after Russia targeted the country’s infrastructure.
Millions of people in nearly all regions of the country are without power, as temperatures drop below zero.
Viktor Liashko told the BBC that Ukraine’s healthcare system is facing “a new challenge” due to Russia’s invasion.
