US, South Korea and Japan agree to coordinate sanctions on North Korea - CNA
The US, South Korea and Japan have agreed to coordinate sanctions against North Korea. During a trilateral meeting in Jakarta, representatives discussed the situation on the Korean Peninsula, and what they described as an "increasingly blatant" nuclear threat. The US special representative for North Korea also made clear that joint military drills in the region are set to continue, despite Pyongyang's repeated warnings against them.
