I feel ya. 
It hit me hard in the context of this past week and the hard politics of next year. It's got covers from Lil Wayne and so many others all over YouTube. I'm sure the lyrics have a lot to do with that.

Once upon a time I was. Now I just putz around for my own entertainment. It's hard to get a band together since the beginning of the pandemic so I got a recording setup so I can still work with other musicians only remotely, just finished setting it up today. It's also so I can hear what I need to work on with my aging voice. Whatever I can put out at this point will be a race to beat the clock before warbley old church-lady voice takes over.
And I want to try my hand at songwriting, maybe I'll be successful... maybe.
