January 6 committee to refer Trump to the DOJ for prosecution. Here's why the charges WILL STICK

New reporting by Politico relates: "Jan. 6 panel to vote on urging DOJ to prosecute Trump on at least three criminal charges." Those three charges are expected to be obstructing an official proceeding, conspiracy to commit offenses against the United States, and insurrection.

This video discusses why the available evidence supports the conclusion that former President Donald Trump committed those three crimes.

This video also explores the elements of the crime of insurrection, 18 USC section 2383. One commits the crime of insurrection if they "incite, engage in or assist" an insurrection. This video explores the evidence that proves Trump not only "incited" but "assisted" the insurrection, which is one of the reasons these charges will stick. - Glenn Kirschner - 12/17/2022.

Then charge him of tax frauds, and see if that won't also land him in jail.

Show how one of these idiots assaulted a FBI office and ended up dead in a corn field.

And tell everybody where his other terrorists count the days rotting in jail.

That will shut them up.

They will prop up desantanus.

We have to set a precedent in this case. If we don't we might as well call it quits as the Great Experiment will have failed.

when he tweeted that tweet.

Then bring Mark Meadows in front of the DC Grand Jury and flip him, by asking him directly and under oath, what was hair furhair doing while the insurrectionists stormed the Capitol.

(Watching them on teevee, then did nothing to make them stop from 187 minutes.)

Justice matters.

For people who believe in reincarnation theories, it's almost like the guy who shot himself dead and whose body was burnt up in that infernal bunker in Berlin managed to come back in that creepy toddler.

I see some have been posting that none, or at least not all, of what he's predicting is going to happen. Whatever. I have no interest in arguing about what may or may not happen in the future, because I don't have a fricking crystal ball, and I Do Not Know what's going to happen. All I'm saying is that I hope he's right.

I REALLY hope he's right.

"Worse than Watergate" doesn't even describe what we've been enduring since before 2016. It's got to end somehow and what Glenn Kirschner says makes sense and he knows the law. All I know is that this country has been through more than enough and we deserve to be free of TFG.

In the meantime I'll hope he's right. Because I strongly, deeply believe justice matters. It's why I gave up so much to become an attorney. And I believe tfg has a lot of justice coming his way.
