He appears to be a weather $ensationalist clickbait. Maybe I am wrong and off base but there must be better sites.

2. He's an independent YouTuber, not with any news organization, but he seems

to be competent. I like his channel because he spends more time discussing the details of the weather system and also the modeling. The title may be clickbait, but that’s par for the course for YouTube.

The National Weather Service is calling this storm a “once in a generation event”, and CNN is calling it a “bomb cyclone”, so he’s not alone.

Not sure what you mean by "better sites". He's using several different predicting models and basically just explaining to his audience what the models are predicting. He's a bit more animated than most but his data is correct.
