Two weeks and two days after my second dose of the Pfizer vaccine, I am lightheaded.

I got my first haircut in over a year! No hair in my eyes or mouth, my peripheral vision is restored. I can use a comb without catching snarls. I gave the woman who has done my hair for about 24 years a year's worth of tips because the plague was not her fault.

3. I have had 2 haircuts in the past 13 months...

The first was in November via private appointment and the tip was 2X the charge for the service. The second was last week via a local spot and I again went over 100% on the tip. Under normal circumstances I would have had 5-6 haircuts in that same 13 months, so I don't sweat the tips at all. I just can't imagine how difficult this whole year has been for service industry jobs and businesses.

Makes me all more angry at those who refuse to help slow the spread or try to influence others to NOT vaccinate.

It seems a times like we're living with the Plague again - only this time we KNOW its coming from fleas on infected rats and instead of trying to avoid that there are people among us insisting that the answer is MORE fleas!!!

Congrats on receiving your second dose too!

Looking forward to removing a lot of it as soon as I get vaccinated (I've been eligible for 2 months now but am still trying to get an appointment). In the meantime, I figure the hair helps protect me from Covid. (I figure that if I look deranged enough it encourages people to social distance.)

I expect I won't recognize myself in the mirror.

I was 2 weeks post second Moderna shot this past Monday.

My hair hasn't been this long since college days in the early 70's!

People kept saying I was a girl. I got mad and insisted on one.

Tomorrow my wife and I get our 2nd dose. Then our plan is to get a haircut the 3rd Saturday in April.

I am so tired of cutting my own hair these past 12 months.
