4. I baked a chocolate cake just yesterday

It is in the freezer, awaiting its frosting, which will be chocolate ermine frosting

Frosting tonight, delivery tomorrow.

This cake was purchased at a charity auction last Christmas; I belive they went for $50 each.

Offering Special Occasion Cakes at my Sunday School Live Auction was a genius move, if I do say so myself. I started doing it years ago, when I did not have any spare $$ to purchase things at the auction. Purchasers are entitled to order the cake of their choice at the time they need it; total of six cakes per year.

Baking is my therapy and it keeps me from hitting people.

5. Hmmm. I should write a novel about colonizing Mars,

and the struggle to get chocolate/cocoa beans there.

Too bad I'm not a better writer. Done well, it could be a lot of fun.
