Where should you live to guarantee a good time?

US News and World Report:
When you think about moving to a new city, it's not just the job opportunities and affordability that come into play – you also want to be sure you'll enjoy living there.

For that reason, we came up with a list of the ‘Most Fun Places to Live in the U.S.’ We started with our ‘Best Places to Live’ rankings, then considered factors such as access to parks and outdoor activities, cultural attractions, restaurants, professional sports teams, shopping venues, nightlife, concerts and the popularity of each location as a destination for flights.

Finally, we ranked each place in these categories against the 100 most populous metro areas in the U.S. to come up with an overall score.

Precise Time

The U. S. Naval Observatory is charged with maintaining the DoD reference for Precise Time and Time Interval (PTTI). That reference is UTC(USNO).

The DoD common time reference is the U.S. Naval Observatory Master Clock. It is generated at USNO in Washington, D.C. and at the Alternate Master Clock Facility at Schriever AFB in Colorado.

For me a good-time city would be one with a great symphony orchestra, choirs, a professional opera company, and concert halls, libraries and museums. Fortunately I live in such a city. I don't care about bars, night clubs and sports at all.
