at the same time, he must have an incredible mind to plan it all out. But even more so, how much would all of that have cost? I can not even imagine.

But it is fantastic and seeing the two chairs in place at the end of the video, obviously watching will bring mesmerizing entertainment for some time to come.

Fantastically creative, if obsessive.
