Sorry I signed up for Informed Delivery, rant losing it

My water bill was supposed to come today. Not there, and I have to pay it by check.

They already misdelivered a piece of mail from Social Security. I VERY NICELY AND DEFERENTIALLY asked the mail lady about that yesterday. Now no water bill.

I'm spiraling.

Is not scanned at your local post office. So now and then it’s not quite right.

In my case, I live in east TN and the pictures come from Nashville.

So don’t lose hope just yet.

Is coming in the mail that day, normally about 9:30 am. If it's anything important, like a check or something, I will wait for it, otherwise if it's just junk mail like most of the time, I get the mail at the end of the day.
