I did the "big clean" today.

No quick shower today. Today was the equivalent of a meticulous auto detailing.

Floss, mouthwash, brush with gum health toothpaste, brush with whitening toothpaste, tongue scrape, eyebrows, nose hairs, ear hairs, sideburns. shower with moisturizer, shower with Old Spice Body Wash, shampoo, hair conditioner. deodorant, cologne, foot powder, fresh change of clothes.

That was this morning.

Just now, after using the bathroom, I glanced at the mirror while washing my hands. There was a huge thick white hair coming out of my left nostril that was so long that it was laying over my upper lip, so it must have been maybe an inch and a quarter long.

Just like that, out of nowhere.

It just sprouted and grew over an inch in about 8 hours.

Just like that.
