Is anyone else having issues with Time Warner Cable today?

My bill is paid automatically, except my payment did not get placed on the usual day. I can't access the Myservices website; it says it was supposed to be down Nov. 2-5. It's now the 13th and it's still not working. I can't even get through on the phone; call wait times are at least 30 minutes.

I'm sure the lines are busy because the website for payments is down, but if I get charged a late fee for their outage, I will be pissed.

...you should have a few days before you get a late fee. If worse comes to worse, asking nicely to have the late charge removed usually works (especially if you have a good payment history).
