I live in Central Ca., and I haven't seen snow in 30 years or more. The city sends a truck rig up to the hills and brings back trailer loads of snow they dump near the center of town for the kids to romp in. Nice. I see those Christmas cards with snow outside and a warm fireplace inside and think how fortunate you people are to have that experience to enjoy. I think I would be snugged up on the couch with a hot coco and watching the flakes come down.

If you really get bored, you can move out here, enjoy surfing in December. Maybe that is what you need, going to see what other Americans miss out on. Catch a bus to anywhere USA.
