Non-profit organization HeadCount.org to produce concert and free Webcast March 24th
SAN RAFAEL, CA - Bob Weir will perform with members of The National in The Bridge Session, a free webcast originating from Weirs TRI Studios on March 24th.
The event is produced by HeadCount, a non-profit organization that promotes voter registration and democratic participation. Weir, a former member of The Grateful Dead, serves on the organizations Board of Directors.

Pretty cool...a real recording studio/internet broadcast company. As usual, the Dead have the audio techies to pull this off. I watched a bunch of the bands featured on the site...some excellent stuff. A shame Jerry wasn't still around to get into this technology...I bet he'd have loved this venue where he could play without doing the road trip gigs.
