thing with each one of them--every single day!

(20,232 posts)My SIL had a dog like this. I think she could have made TWO "dogs" after it got brushed.

(115,947 posts)There is so much fur floating around, collecting under the furniture and on the furniture (I think that's why they call it furniture) and on me, that I'm amazed there is any left on the cats themselves.

(34,139 posts)I was worried one of the foxes might have died or my horses might have killed one of the neighborhood dogs. (My mares have been known to run down and attempt to stomp dogs that get into their pastures. My stallion once took a hunk out of a dog's back when he got into the stallion's paddock. For some reason they leave the foxes alone, both the gray and the red foxes that live around here.)
When I walked out to check, I found that one of the horses had rolled and shed most of their winter coat in one go. There was enough fur to make a pony!
