3. I'd probably vote for 'less compression' myself ...

The YT video makes it really noticeable, but even listening to the latest mix on 50 Years - Don't Stop on Spotify, it's still compressed all to hell.

But more cowbell wouldn't be bad.

Although ... listening again, it also sounds like it MIGHT be a set of woodblocks that are just really chiming. Think I hear three different notes ... and then sometimes I wonder if what sounds like cowbell is actually Lindsey doing some heavily muted plucking. He's laying down quite the guitar-scape on this one either way
