Singer has that slightly smoky voice. Fits the song so well.
And, like Looking Glass (Brandy), these don't look like this song would have come out of them.
I remember a followup single getting a bit of airplay on Chicago radio. I don't remember the name, but "magic" was in the title. It was a decent song, but not as catchy as this one.
