The Monkees show didnt even premiere until fall 1966.

Torks last project with the Monkees was the TV special, 33 & 1/3 Revolutions per Monkee, broadcast in April 1969, but I believe filmed in late 1968. After that broadcast, Jones, Dolenz and Nesmith performed as a trio for another year.
