Small earthquake, mag 2.3, near Rockville at 12:50a Tuesday.

3. The USGS says that there was a 1.7 quake in Astoria Queens (NYC) early this morning...

4. I didn't feel it.

I do remember waking up to an early morning quake in the years before the 2011 earthquake hit. I was at work for the 2011 quake, and we were down the stairs and out on the sidewalks of D.C. within seconds.

Neither do I recall feeling the 2011 quake.
