It’s a flat bottom valley so no surprise those floods but this one is bad. No threat to the freeway itself but I wasn’t paying attention and cars were backed up at an exit and I had to slam in the breaks. It was close but no impact. Lots of area around there flooded. NB I5 still only one lane. Took 3 hours to go 15 miles.
