King County releases new ballot tracker ahead of elections
Election day is in just over two weeks and ballots are already hitting mailboxes. King County has just released a new tool making it easier to track ballots as voters are keeping close tabs on some hotly-contested races.
“We have our first real race for prosecutor in a long, long time and I think that one’s going to affect King County residents,” King County voter Jeremy Wood stated.
“I care about having people in office that will build affordable housing,” voter Jazmine Smith added.
King county Elections just announced a new ballot tracker that alerts voters when their ballot has been mailed, received, and the signature verified. Elections officials are hoping it can help them resolve more signature issues than in the past.
