A note on the website:

Due to the eruption of the Mauna Loa Volcano, updates for Mauna Loa data have been suspended as of Nov. 29.

Bummer. I've been monitoring the weekly data for many years. It's an important resource. I hope the equipment is safe.

Imagine all the thousands of hours that the technicians (?) worked to keep that info coming in.

And all the equipment they needed to do that, now threatened by the eruption.

It seems that the power supply and road access for the eight members of the team is the main issue.

I haven't heard that the lab itself is threatened.
