I just watched Hugo...ask me anything! ( it is wonderful)

Everyone's "inner child" will enjoy this film.
The look and feel of the setting is enchanting, and it is fun to recognize some of the actors from Harry Potter.
The 2 young leads in the story are marvelous.

he indeed did work at a toy stand in a train station after he gave up filmmaking.

Nothing about a boy who lived in the walls, though.

Oh, that makes the story even more interesting.
It was an homage to early film makers..that definitely came thru loud and clear.

Take a History of Cinema class and you're sure to see the one about the trip to the moon.

(He also made automatons, though I doubt they were sophisticated enough to draw the final scene of A Trip to the Moon.)

at least, to me she did.

But yes, I loved the overall feel of the movie. It's hard to describe to people who haven't seen it.

It reminded me a wee bit of A Series of Unfortunate Events.

The recreations of the early works were great, the whole thing was great in 3D and all....
