Just coffee so far. It is the same bag of coffee I've been working on all week, but it tastes especially good this morning.

2. Breakfast casserole made in my Instant Pot

It's cooking right now and will be done shortly. I'm hungry!

3. Buttermilk and corn muffins

so I'm having spicy sweet Good Earth tea.

in the oven is a bagel. I will put a slice of fresh mozzarella and sundried tomatoes on it, a drizzle of olive oil and chopped basil.

After that, a mandarin, 1/2 sliced banana, a little agave, and some almonds.

followed by oatmeal

Ate late because we had to bring Cuddles to her spay appointment.
