Help, need new ideas for 'pot luck' get together.

The charity where I work is having a Christmas get together on the 9th(Sunday 4PM). I work Friday and will be with my daughter Saturday to Xmas shop for my grandchildren. I need an idea of what I might bring to the get together.
I asked around and found that most of what I thought I might bring was already spoken for.

Should I make a home-made Chicken pie?

I can do the pie on Sunday AM. Do you think this is appropriate?
After all these years, I'm running out of ideas, especially since I have only Sunday AM to get it ready.

YUM!

Who the heck is not gonna love that at a potluck?

...get out of my way, I'm pushing to the front of the line!

I will add, that a couple of times in December I make a casserole with frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, cheddar cheese topped with crushed Rice Chex and melted BUTTER, in a 9 x 13 pan. It's baked at 350 for at least 1.5 hours...totally unhealthy!

There is never one spoon leftover and everyone is fighting for the crusty outside edges. Good thing that it's not made often.
