About to create a plate of cheese, crackers, peppered salami and sausage. We always have smoked gouda but I also picked up cheddar at Tj's that has caramelized onion in it. Mmmm...
We will explode from the salt later! Good thing it's only once a year. 
Oh, and I made the cinnamon roll cake again this morning. I swear it bakes differently every time I make it. This morning it was HUGE! Last time I made it, I left out the white sugar in the cake mix and it was still great.

Have a great celebration! We celebrated last night with my side of the family with a traditional Slovak Christmas Eve meal. Today it's just the two of us and some stuffed acorn squash, cranberry relish, peas with mushrooms and a salad.
