What's for Dinner, Fri., April Fool's Day, Apr. 1, 2016

Stir fry chicken and vegetables. I just picked up fresh carrots, broccoli, and baby bok choy. Already have asparagus. The chicken is marinated, cooked and ready.

I do have to make a sauce, though.

I'll toast sesame seeds and sprinkle over it.

with a spicy BBQ sauce. Mac salad that was made yesterday, and baked beans. I'm in a "cookout" mood today.

Too bad I don't have apple pie - that would have made it complete. However, I do have fresh cantelope, so there's that.
